I am a former partner of the corporate practice group of Allen & Overy Amsterdam having a wide range of corporate finance experience, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and equity capital markets transactions as well as extensive corporate governance experience. In addition I have held and am still holding various non-executive board memberships in the past decade.
